North Carolina weather went from cold/cool winter to warm/hot summer in a matter of weeks. We had the dreaded pollen infestation for most of April, much to my allergy dismay, but once that cleared, we've all been out and about as much as possible.

With visitors in town, we decided to check out a Zoo for rescued animals (the Aloha Safari Zoo)...
